We decided to come up with something different – something nice to see and hold, with an interesting catch.

This Chinese New Year, we came up with a totally interactive red packet concept for KFC.
福宝满屋,处处惊喜 meaning 'a house full of treasures with bountiful of surprises' signifies the abundance of activities and items in this household, with the likes of Finding Waldo. Users are able to take it up a notch and get rewards by scanning the QR code behind the red packet.
Users can scan, play, and get rewards. Once the QR code is scanned, it will direct users to a microsite.
Users can then play this mini-game by finding certain KFC items in the main visual.
Once all KFC items are found, users are eligible for special rewards + a discount off their KFC delivery order, which is perfect for Chinese New Year family gatherings – as the festive season has always been about togetherness.
